Blown Away by JesusGood morning Cedar Grove family. |
I was talking to a brother at church about how good each Sunday has been for a while. I made the comment that the things that are happening each Sunday were things that we fervently prayed for years ago. Things that we never thought actually possible for us. Now, they are weekly occurrences. I want to challenge myself and you on something: never lose the awe and appreciation for what God is doing at Cedar Grove. The only way to steward this blessing properly is to remain constantly grateful and awe struck by His provision and power. Think about the disciples who walked with Jesus. They saw the miracles, heard the teaching, experienced the discipleship... yet they were consistently blown away by Jesus. That's what we need to be: consistently blown away by Jesus. |

He is too good. He is too providing. He is too faithful. He is too merciful. He is too holy. He is too righteous. He is too just. He is too awesome for us to take for granted. So, let's keep it going. If you don't serve...serve. If you don't give...give. If you don't attend... attend. If you don't fellowship... fellowship! If you don't pray... pray. All I am saying is it is time to elevate our faith. There's no time to waste. Let's get it done for Jesus. By the way, we had close to 50 women gather together intentionally to grow their faith. This is absolutely a victory! |

May I remind you of the four questions asked yesterday: |
1) What needs to change for you to get right with God right now? |
2) What would change if you did get right with God right now? |
3) Why are you waiting? |
4) Who do you need to ask for help? |
20 Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, 21 to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen. Eph 3:20–21. |

I love you Cedar Grove and I am so grateful to be your pastor. The road ahead is exciting and joyful. There's much work to do. Do not take for granted what God has done, is doing, and is going to do. Happy in the Lord, amen. Buh-bye. |
